About Arc

Arc is a rapidly growing luxury tech brand seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Head of Growth / Performance Marketing Lead to take full, in-house ownership of our Performance Marketing channels (Meta/Google/New Channels). This role is critical as it is our primary revenue driver. You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting of all paid media campaigns to drive profitable, scalable DTC sales. You will work alongside agency partners and our internal Head of Revenue and creative teams, but also independently as the lead on all performance channels. The role will also act cross-channel as the analytical brain, leading CRO insights to ensure the entire customer journey, from ad click to final purchase, is continuously optimized for efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the comprehensive global performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and emerging platforms.

  • Budget Ownership: Manage and control the 7-digit multi-channel advertising budget, forecasting performance, and optimizing spend based on specific ROAS and CAC targets.

  • Campaign Execution: Directly set up, launch, and manage all campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation. This requires expert-level, daily operational execution.

  • Creative Performance: Collaborate directly with our internal marketing coordinator and external design teams to create , test, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives. Champion a rapid, data-driven A/B testing framework.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Establish and own rigorous, daily and weekly performance reporting. Provide deep analysis of performance drivers, channel efficiency, and LTV metrics to the executive team.

  • Tech Stack: Manage and opti mize the conversion tracking, attribution models, and connection between advertising platforms and our core commerce and analytics systems.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, with a focus on high-AOV or luxury/tech DTC products.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling multi-million dollar annual ad budgets while maintaining aggressive ROAS and CPA targets within a competitive market.

  • Deep expertise in advanced campaign structures, bidding algorithms, and audience segmentation. Must be adept at establishing and managing mixed-model attribution challenges common in multi-touchpoint DTC journeys.

  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into concise, strategic narratives for the C-suite, demonstrating a strong understanding of business financials (P&L, Gross Margin) beyond just marketing metrics.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technology & Analytical Proficiency

  • MarTech Stack Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience required with our core commerce and analytics ecosystem

  • Commerce Platform: Deep familiarity with Shopify Plus (or comparable enterprise eCommerce platform) setup, backend data structure, and reporting.

  • Analytics: Expert-level proficiency in GA4, including custom reporting, events, and audience creation.

  • Data Visualization: Experience creating and maintaining executive dashboards in tools like Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Experimentation: Experience setting up and running structured CRO experiments and A/B tests on landing pages and the website.
