Job description

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and financially astute Influencer/PR Coordinator to drive our rapidly growing Influencer channel. This role is crucial for scaling our highly profitable Meta whitelisting ad campaigns and elevating our brand perception. The Coordinator will be fully responsible for the end-to-end management of influencer relationships, from outreach and negotiation to campaign launch and rigorous profitability analysis, ensuring consistent spend targets are met and leveraging automation and AI to obtain efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Campaign Management: Own the full influencer lifecycle, including systematic prospecting, relationship management, contracting, and content brief execution across all relevant platforms.

  • Whitelisting Focus & Scale: Aggressively pursue, negotiate, and secure whitelisting rights for influencer content, working closely with the Head of Growth to ensure a continuous supply of high-performing ad creative.

  • Financial Tenacity and Negotiation: Manage the channel budget, ensuring spend targets are consistently hit. Exhibit strong negotiation skills to maximize content value while maintaining favorable contract terms.

  • PR and Media Outreach: Manage outreach to relevant tech, luxury, and lifestyle media outlets and journalists to secure earned media coverage and product placements, maintaining a positive public profile.

  • Profitability Reporting: Establish, automate and maintain clear, accurate reporting on the costs and direct profitability of every influencer deal and whitelisted campaign, providing clear ROI data to the Head of Revenue.

  • Product Logistics: Coordinate the timely and accurate shipment of products to influencers and media partners, maintaining detailed tracking logs.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of dedicated experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or talent management, preferably within the luxury, tech, or high-end DTC space.

  • Proven experience specifically securing paid media whitelisting rights and negotiating performance-based influencer contracts.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping crucial details (e.g., contracts, payments, shipping).

  • Strong analytical skills, capable of using spreadsheets and platform data to analyze profitability (e.g., calculating CPA/ROAS from influencer spend).

  • Professional and confident communication style, essential for representing a luxury brand to high-profile partners and media.

Technology & Analytical Proficiency (Essential Skills)

  • Financial Tracking & Reporting: Expert proficiency in spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for creating and maintaining detailed financial models to track partnership costs, ROI, and profitability (ROAS/CPA).

  • CRM/Database Management: Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or dedicated database tool to organize, categorize, and track a high volume of outreach and content.

  • Logistics & Inventory Tracking: Proficiency in using internal inventory systems or dedicated shipping software to manage product gifting and tracking shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to high-profile partners.

  • Contract Management: Experience working within or managing a contract management system to ensure that all whitelisting rights, usage terms, and payment schedules are meticulously documented and tracked.

  • You apply a first principles approach to learning, looking at problems logically even when data is unclear and dynamic
